Requirements for Downloading the Software
There are some computer system requirements that any player must meet before being able to download and play at GlobalSportsNetwork.com.
Age Limit
You can only use the Cardroom if you are 18 years of age or older. No persons under this age limit are permitted to use the GlobalSportsNetwork.com software, services or games in any way.
Minimum System Requirements
The minimum system requirements needed for the software download and to access the games are:
- Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP
- 200MHz Pentium or faster CPU with at least 64MB of RAM
- Minimum screen resolution (desktop area) of at least 800 by 600 pixels with 16-bit ("High Color")
- At least 30MB of free disk space
Almost any computer purchased in the past 5 years will meet these requirements.
Other platforms
Currently there is only a Windows version available; there is no Mac/Linux/Java/etc. version. It's our understanding that GlobalSportsNetwork.com games online work well on a Mac running either SoftWindows or VirtualPC, but we can't offer technical support for either of those two products.
