NCAA Football Betting Tips

Lucky Lester here with some NCAA Football Betting Tips for all you guys out there who, like me, are counting the days till the College Football season kicks off (no pun intended).

Through out College Football Season, I will be posting a series of articles with some betting tips and other information that should help you succeed in winning a little extra cash with your NCAA Football wager at your favorite online sport book.

So come back often to check out my NCAA Football Betting Tips.

You Heard It Here First

I'm here to talk about six teams that are going to disrupt the preseason rankings and surprise the hell out of the big time teams and conferences everywhere. Memphis, Wisconsin, Kansas State, Auburn, Maryland and Texas might not be on anybody's top five lists, most won't even crack the top 10, with one that won't even start out the season in the top 25. But don't hesitate to put your money on these six squads. Anyone can tell you that Oklahoma, USC, Miami, and FSU are going to win games, but with spreads that stretch over five touchdowns, where's the money in that? Listen closely, and stack the odds in your favor. Bet on these teams to win and you won't catch yourself kicking your TV off its stand because Oklahoma didn't beat Texas A&M by the 42 point spread.
(Rankings are from the Associated Press as of September 2)

Kansas State (12)
In the last year the Wildcats have lost 14 starters, but they didn't loose Darren Sproles, the 5'7" super back that ran for 1,986 yards last year, stepping up big when it counted most and rushing for 235 yards and receiving for 88 in their upset of Oklahoma last year. Sproles has been compared to Barry Sanders, can you get a complement? Yes you can, in fact head coach Bill Snyder gave him one when he told his sports information department that he would consider allowing them to start a Heisman Campaign for his best player. Snyder preaches the team concept more than any coach in the nation and has always gone out of his way to take his players out of the Camera's eye. Four seniors and a junior assemble the Wildcat offensive line, and they are tough and experienced. No one thinks about the O-Line when ranking college teams, but these guys deserve a little consideration. Dylan Meier is the team's starter at quarterback as of now, and is the third leading rusher from a year ago. He also played wide receiver in high school. K-State has had 11 wins in three of the last four seasons. They are always good. They always surprise. Coach Snyder will have his boys in upset mode this year. Take them early, they always start out of the box like a world class sprinter.
